Kasey became a personal trainer after she gained confidence through her own weight loss/fitness journey. She felt that she was at a point in her life where mental health became a barrier and even prevented her from completing tasks such as leaving the house. Living an active and healthy lifestyle helped Kasey achieve a different outlook on life, confidence and gave her motivation to continue further education. Kasey chose to study to become a personal trainer in order to help others who are in a similar situation and could benefit from the extensive positive effects that physical activity has to offer.
